Doraville Roof Replacement Done Top to Bottom

Is the old roof done for? We take it off, fix what is under it and put a whole new system back on.

When Is a Roof Finished?

How do you know a roof is done? A few signs give it away. Granules piling up in the gutters. Shingles that crack when you bend them. Leaks that keep coming back in new spots. Soft places you can feel when you walk the deck. Damage across more than one or two slopes after a storm. When we see those, patching is just paying for the next leak in advance. So what does a replacement look like with us? First the old roof comes all the way off, down to bare wood. Then we look at every sheet of decking and replace the rotten or soft ones at the per-sheet price written in your quote. Next comes underlayment across the whole deck, leak barrier in the valleys and around each pipe, new drip edge and new flashing along every wall. Vents get checked and balanced so the attic can breathe. Gutters get a look too, since they are part of the same system. Last, shingles get fastened in the spot the maker prints on the wrapper. If a storm caused it, we handle the claim photos, the adjuster meeting and the supplements along the way. When it is over, the yard gets swept with a magnet and every bit of trash goes with us.

What Comes With a New Roof?

All of this shows up on your written quote. No surprises.

  • Full tear-off

Every old layer removed so the wood underneath can be checked.

  • Decking swaps

Soft or rotten boards replaced at a price set ahead of time.

  • Underlayment and leak barrier

Felt over the deck, membrane in valleys and around pipes.

  • New metal

Fresh drip edge and wall flashing every time; the old stuff goes in the dumpster.

  • Vents that work

Intake and exhaust balanced so heat and moisture get out.

  • Gutters checked

Looked at as part of the system and replaced if they need it.

  • Shingles nailed right

Placed and fastened by the maker's instructions.

  • Cleanup

Daily pickup, magnet sweep and haul-away.

How Does a Replacement Go?

  1. Look and quote

We photograph the roof and give you an itemized price.

  2. Claim, if there is one

Photos to your insurer, adjuster met on the roof, supplements filed.

  3. Pick and schedule

Choose your shingle and color. We set the date and pull any permit.

  4. Build and clean

New roof on, yard swept, walkaround with you.

Why Have Us Replace It?

  • Whole system at once

Flashing, vents and gutters planned with the shingles.

  • Clean property

Bushes covered and nails picked up with a magnet.

  • Claim handled through the end

Supplements filed until the estimate fits the work.

  • Down to bare wood
  • Decking priced up front
