What We Collect

When you call, we may collect your name, phone number, the address of the home you want inspected, details about your roof, storm damage or insurance claim, and anything else you tell us.

When you browse this site, some technical information may be collected automatically, such as browser type, device type, pages visited and a rough location based on IP address.

How We Use It

We use your information to set up and perform inspections, write quotes, document roof damage, keep you updated on your project and, when you ask, work with your insurance adjuster.

We may also use it to keep job records, follow up on open work and improve our services and website.

Cookies

This website may use cookies and similar tools to see how visitors use it. You can set your browser to block cookies, but some parts of the site might not work right.

Who We Share With

We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is needed to finish your job, such as with your insurer or adjuster when you tell us to, suppliers and permit offices.

We may also share information with companies that help us run the business, or when the law requires it or it is needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Photos of Your Roof

Inspection photos are used to document your roof for you and, if you choose, your insurer. We do not post photos that identify your home without your permission.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
