Why Does Claim Help Matter?

What happens when you file a roof claim on your own? An adjuster comes out, spends a little time on the roof, and sends an estimate. If they missed a slope, the drip edge, the starter row or the vents, that money never shows up unless someone points it out. That is where we come in. It starts with the first photo. We inspect the roof and shoot every hail hit, lifted shingle and dented vent, grouped by slope. We measure the roof so the numbers on any estimate can be checked. When your adjuster comes, we are up there too, showing them what we found. When the estimate arrives, we go through it line by line against the roof. Anything missing goes back to your insurer as a supplement, with photos and measurements attached. And if another item turns up during tear-off, like damaged decking, that gets documented and supplemented too. That is what we mean by first photo to final supplement. What do we not do? Bargaining with the insurer is not our job, and no outcome is ever promised. The policy is yours and so are the choices. Our end is a complete set of evidence.
