Doraville Roof Inspections
Want to know what is really going on up there? We check it all and show you.
What Is Going On Up There?
When was the last time anybody actually looked at your roof? For most people, the answer is when it was put on. An inspection changes that. Here is what we do. We walk every slope we can safely walk and look at the shingles up close: missing granules, curled edges, cracks, hail bruises and tabs that have come loose. We check the flashing along walls and in the valleys. We look at each pipe collar and vent for splits or dents. We look at the drip edge, the ridge and the gutters. Then we go up into the attic, because that is where a lot of trouble shows first. Water stains on the wood. Wet insulation. Daylight coming through around nails. Heat that has nowhere to go. Every problem gets a picture. Back on the ground, we pull up the pictures and walk you through them. What is normal wear? What needs fixing soon? What can wait a while? Sometimes the answer is that the roof is fine. Either way, you know, and you have the photos for your records, your insurer or a buyer down the road.
